Or pour that melted cheese over vegetables, nachos, you name it. In fact, we encourage you to get creative with it. Of course, the obvious choices are Raclette, an Alpine cheese or a Cheddar. And those are tasty, but you can also get creative.
We’ve tried it with Brie, Goat Cheese and Blue Cheese. Want to impress your next BBQ guests? Melt some Gorgonzola Dolce and pair it with figs or pears or some Brie with peaches.
