GABF, But For Cheese? Yes!
For the first time ever, the American Cheese Society (ASC) Conference is coming to Denver for the first-time ever! If you love cheese, this is VERY good news for you.
That’s because the culmination of the Conference is the “Festival of Cheese,” which is open to the public!
It features nearly 2,000 cheeses, every style and flavor you could imagine. Imagine a hundred tables filling a room, all covered with cheese. And you get to taste them all….or as many as you can.
There are also samples of specialty accompaniments ranging from charcuterie to chocolate — plus samples of cider, craft beer, and more.
Tickets are $65 and as a loyal Cheese+Provisions customer, you get 10% off using our code: C&P10 when buying tickets here. Don’t have the cash for a ticket? Consider volunteering to earn a free one (and a cool T-shirt).
Trust us, you DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS! We have a video recap of the 2016 Festival to give you a taste of what awaits you.
Cheese Festival Volunteers Sought
Want an even more insider’s look behind the ACS Conference – meaning more opportunities to meet cheesemakers, cheesemongers and fellow cheese lovers? ACS is looking for volunteers to help with the event. You can do everything from help receive cheese to cut cheese for the “Mother of All Cheese Festivals.”
Volunteers get a free ticket to the Festival of Cheese as well an awesome Mile High Cheese Crew T-shirt. There are a few spots left. Reserve yours here: www.cheesesociety.org/conference/volunteer/ No special skills required and shifts are available between July 21 and 29. But act fast before they are all gone!
